My life is so exciting that I devote time to pondering what kind of people try to figure out the gum flavor they’re chewing.

Is it watermelon? Watermelon with kiwi? It kinda tastes like there’s green tea in there.
While I’m looking for the abstract:
Why is it important to have the gum [...]

Recently I was reading a magazine and I found this equation:
St. Johns Wort + Birth Control = Baby
At first I thought, okay, I get it. If you take St. Johns Wort while you’re on Birth Control, it loses its efficacy and you have a higher chance of getting pregnant.
But then I thought, “What if?”
What if [...]

Back in 2004, I worked on the MTV show, The Newlyweds.
For those of you that don’t remember, The Newlyweds was a reality series that followed the newly married couple Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey (who later divorced.)
My job was to watch raw footage and summarize the content that was shot.
Sounds a lot [...]

The other night I dreamt I had an audition showcase for Leno. Never mind that moments before falling asleep, I heard that Leno’s show was being cancelled. In Sleepyland, Leno was still going strong and I was getting the opportunity to possibly perform standup on his show.
I was somewhere in LA, being shuttled around a [...]

A new furnace is being installed in my apartment and workers have been coming in and out for the last few days. Having grown up in L.A., most of the workers I’ve experienced have been Latino.
Many don’t speak English and they tend to listen to Spanish-speaking radio to get them through the monotony of the [...]

It’s a very moving speech. I dare you to watch this without being moved.
There’s just one tiny thing that I’m having mixed feelings about:
If I really laugh, think and cry every day of my life, I’m not going to be a full person. i’m going to be bipolar.

As i write this, i’m on Southwest Flight 933 to Los Angeles from Chicago. It seems that Southwest is working towards providing its passengers with wi-fi access during flights and this is one of the four planes in their fleet that is equipped with wi-fi capabilities.
This begs the question, [...]

Happy birthday to Dr. Dre & Yoko Ono.
Who can forget their duel album “Double D Fantasy”…
Of course this album doesn’t exist (except in my brain). But what if it did?
Remember a couple years ago, when DJ Danger Mouse came out with the Grey Album (mixing The Beatles White Album with Jay-Zee’s Black Album)? It’s genius.
I [...]

Remember in high school, or junior high, or last week when you looked around at people you know and thought, “Wow, they have such an awesome life,”; “Boy, have they got it made,”; “They are so lucky to be them”?
Well, Marion Jones was sentenced today to 6 months prison for [...]
