My attempt at Yahoo! Answers: "I have two numbers in the Megamillions drawing. Do I win?"
My new roommate and I were cleaning his room last week and we found an old lottery ticket from my previous roommate.
I took that as an opportunity to write something in the style of a Yahoo! Questioner.
However, when I tried to submit the question, “Yahoo! Answers” kept telling me that the system was down. I checked back a few more times over the next day and it still wouldn’t let me ask. I realized then that the system wasn’t down at all.
What’s really going on is that Yahoo! developed better bullshit detecting robots to monitor “fake” questions (I think).
Too bad artificial intelligence has gotten too good. We missed an opportunity for some hilarious answers. Feel free to leave your own answers as a comment.
